I am the fitness coordinator at Sender One Climbing, a state of the art 25,000sq foot climbing, yoga, and fitness facility in Santa Ana.

I also just completed the design of the fitness area at the newest 30,000sq foot Sender One Climbing in Los Angeles equipping the gym with a custom made Sorinex training rig and all Precor multi-functional strength and cardiovascular equipment.

I have also been a trainer for the past 10 years at the Racquet Club of Irvine. Current certifications:  Biomechanics Specialist, NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and a Pat Etcheberry Certified Trainer. This certification focuses on speed, agility, quickness and fitness for tennis players. I work with my clients on strength and balance with a focus on prehabilitation exercises to prevent injuries.

I have a B.A. from UCLA, a current CPR certification and am also a Certified Nutrition Coach.

As a teenager, I was a competitive gymnast training 6 days a week, 5 hours a day. Being in peak condition was critical. I have continued along the path of strength training and cardiovascular workouts and eventually parlayed my athleticism into a successful career as a stuntwoman in Los Angeles. Being in great shape, and knowing my muscle strengths and limitations helped me succeed in another fiercely competitive field. Some of the actresses I have doubled are Jessica Biel, Amber Tamblyn, Lauren Holly and Sasha Alexander from NCIS. I have worked on movies such as MIB, Spiderman II, The Italian Job, boxed Hillary Swank in Million Dollar Baby and doubled Amber Tamblyn in the Oscar nominated 127 Hours.

After moving to Orange County, I have transitioned from stunt work to training to help adults, kids and elite athletes attain their goals in all areas of fitness.

I offer one-on-one or group training that emphasizes strength, agility, speed, and balance. I can help you reach your goals while working in a fun and safe environment!
